GRAF invests in Silo plant

The specialists for rainwater harvesting from Teningen are expanding the storage capacities for raw materials

In order to meet the unabated demand for rainwater harvesting products, as well as the requirements of the company’s rapid growth, Graf once again invested into its site in Teningen. In the past five years, investments in the upper two-digit million range went into the expansion of this site. Now, an additional Silo plant was installed. The 25 metre high aluminium storage Silos for raw materials have significantly altered the company’s “skyline”. Together, they hold 1,500 t of plastic granules which substantially increases the company’s storage capacity. The volume of capital expenditure is roughly one million Euros.

The expansion was made necessary by the continuous growth of the company. The global increase in the demand for environmentally friendly products is boosting business for the rainwater specialist from Teningen. Graf has been exporting products for the management of water resources into more than 60 countries. Double-digit growth was once again recorded for last year, while 130 new jobs have been created in the last five years. Because of this lasting positive development, Graf is expecting the continuation of its success story. Just recently, Graf received the Innovation award by the state Baden-Württemberg, winning first place.
