Teningen site
The Otto GRAF GmbH headquarters are at its Teningen site. The 155 000 m² site is home to one of the most state-of-the-art production facilities for plastic products in the world.

Product development
Our product development team are tasked with developing all of our components. Their high level of development expertise is one of the main reasons for the success of the GRAF product range.
Training
With a view to production, internal training courses and advanced training courses are run for our trade partners in modern training facilities.
Production
The new hall for material storage, production and assembly, which was built at the start of 2007, offers sufficient capacity (20 000m2) to manufacture products of the best quality using state-of-the-art technology.
Injection moulding
We use injection moulding to produce rainwater butts, composters and accessory parts for our underground tanks. The production processes are fully automated.
Injection compression
The Carat range of tanks is manufactured using injection compression on a system designed especially for GRAF. It is the largest machine of its kind in the world!
Blow moulding
So-called blow moulding is for the most part used to manufacture overground containers to store rainwater.
Extruded welding
An articulated-arm robot is used to automatically weld partition walls into the Carat sludge container.
Tool maintenance
Our tools are tested, adjusted if necessary and repaired at regular intervals to keep our products at their high quality standard.
Storage
The Teningen site has a storage area of 155 000m2 to ensure that we can supply our wide product range all year round.
